REI ORION HX Deluxe Non-Linear Junction Detector (NLJD) has interchangeable 2.4 GHz and 900 MHz antenna heads. The ORION HX Deluxe NLJD is used to sweep areas for electronic semiconductor components. In this way, the ORION HX Deluxe NLJD detects and helps to locate hidden electronics or eavesdropping devices regardless of whether the electronic device is turned on.

The system offers the best of both worlds, combining the deep penetration capacities of the 900MHz unit (lower frequencies travel more easily through denser materials) and the ability of the 2.4GHz head to find today’s ever-smaller microcircuitry:-utilising higher frequencies allows the ORINS’s telltale signals to bind to tinny electronic junctions and alert when present. In the simplest sense, the twin head option offers TSCM operatives the scope to confidently sweep even the most challenging target areas.
